l  邱明华男,19633月生于云南丽江,纳西族。理学博士, 二级研究员, 博士研究生导师。2006年求是杰出青年奖获得者。资源植物化学研究团组组长。

l  学术简历:1984年北京大学化学系物理化学专业毕业后,进入昆明植物所从事天然有机化学和植物资源开发研究至今;1989-1990年在日本东京大学农学部研究生院(铃木昭宪教授)进修;19966月获北京大学理学博士学位(导师邢其毅院士,叶秀林教授)。1996 入选中组部七部委的首批百千万人才工程一、二层次人选;199711月晋升为研究员(教授),19997月成为国家知识创新工程西南基地首批研究员。1998年、2000年两次到日本富山医科药科大学和汉药研究所代谢工程研究室(服部征雄教授)进行访问学者和博士后(平和中岛财团基金资助)研究工作。2003年到美国UIC芝加哥药学院WHO传统药物协作中心(Prof. Harry HS FONG)做访问学者。

l  承担项目:国家自然科学基金面上项目、NSFC-云南联合基金重点项目;科技部支撑计划、科技部基础性工作专项;中国科学院设备装备专项(财政部装备项目);中国科学院创新工程重要方向项目、云南省重点基金项目、攻关项目;云南省发改委高技术发展专项等。

l  主要业绩:主要从事黄杨科生物碱、葫芦科葫芦烷(部分达玛烷)三萜、灵芝属羊毛甾烷三萜、升麻属环阿廷烷三萜、楝科楝烷三萜和甾体的结构及其生物活性或功能的研究;还进行资源植物化学的开发利用及其产业化关键技术的研究。目前主要兴趣在食用植物的功能成分结构及其生物活性。在分离纯化的天然产物中发现800多个新天然产物,发表论文280余篇(SCI论文200多篇),专著3部,参与撰稿多部;申请国家发明专利56项。

n  咖啡化学及品质控制与云南省德宏热带农业科学研究所等相关合作单位完成了具有自主知识产权的咖啡新品种DR155(定名为德热3,品种证书排名第七),对云南小粒咖啡生熟豆进行了从氨基酸、脂肪酸、总糖、总酚、生物碱全方位的化学成分分析,建立了NMR快速分析咖啡化学成分的技术体系,阐明了风味特色;发现了50多个新天然化学结构,为全球的咖啡化学成分研究开辟了一些新型咖啡分子资源。发表了16篇相关研究论文,2个新型产品开发的技术发明,已经申报国家发明专利,处于实审中,提出了突出云南小粒咖啡特色为基础的中式咖啡消费模式概念,参与开发了枸杞咖啡、枳椇咖啡、望江南咖啡(决明子)、北虫草咖啡,正与天宝桦公司合作开发a-糖苷酶抑制剂咖啡等。第26届世界咖啡科学大会上,应邀做咖啡化学的大会特邀报告,提出了咖啡为人类赖以生存的经济植物基部类群的一个关键种的宏观观点,得到了全球同行的关注。担任第26届世界咖啡科学大会组委会二位秘书长之一。目前任云南省精品咖啡学会常务理事,中国热带作物学会咖啡专业委员会委员,云南省高原特色农业顾问委员会咖啡产业委员会委员。普洱政府在云南咖啡交易中心设立了邱明华专家工作站;参与了普洱孟连政府设立的孙汉董院士工作站,负责从事孟连咖啡特色风味的研究。2006年参与的咖啡种植深加工技术研究及产业化开发示范项目获得云南省科技进步奖三等奖(第七),2018年获得云南省精品咖啡学会的咖啡科技创新奖

n  关键技术:邱明华研究团队开发的无公害农药除虫菊酯高技术产业化项目得到国家发改委和财政部的大力支持,目前中国除虫菊产业已初具规模;超临界提取技术的应用和除虫菊酯精制加工技术在除虫菊产业界处于国际领先地位,2002除虫菊干花产值超过5000万元,除虫菊酯产品100余吨,产值上亿元,已初步发展成为中国的一个新兴产业。2005年在昆明组织召开了国际除虫菊产业发展研讨会,起草了昆明宣言:呼吁全球使用健康环保的天然除虫菊产品。除虫菊的技术开发和产品系列研究获得了1999年、2004年第六届、第十一届中国杨陵农业高新技术博览会最高奖后稷金像奖后稷特别奖2019年获得云南省科技进步一等奖。曾参与多项云南特色植物资源产业化项目。目前正在治疗乳腺癌天然新药AKT和调节血糖天然新药CA-1的研究开发;同时进行生物柴油原料的评估技术和产业化关键技术的开发;思茅松化学增脂剂配方的筛选和高产松脂技术产业化推广。

l  社会责任:1) 发表的2篇独著观点性论文:i)建立中药质量标准规范控制实验室是中药现代化的关键[世界科学技术(中药现代化),20002(2):14-17]ii)中药标准品化合物 的纯度与标准化[世界科学技术(中药现代化),20067(增刊): 91-97112]。并多次在各种全国学术会议上宣传论文观点,200710月国家发改委启动了以中药标准化合物为基础的中药质量控制技术国家工程实验室的建设,以国家工程实验室的形式着手进行中药质量标准规范控制实验室,规范中药质量控制和中药标准品制备技术。表明论文观点有一定的前瞻性或符合国家发展的战略需求。2)提出了露水消渴-民族药物的现代功能的观点,提出建立以传统医药为基础的低成本健康保障体系的思路。有病治病,无病防病的本草保健体系的推广,不但可以减少疾病痛苦,增加快乐,也可以节省大量的公共资源,实现低成本的健康保障体系。还提出了传统药物低成本保障健康的途径。
